Message from the Executive Director
Welcome to ACU and the Duncum Center for Conflict Resolution. Established in 2000, the Duncum Center has provided training and services for individuals and organizations. Building on out experience, the university began offering a masters degree in 2006.
We offer a Master’s Degree (MA) in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation which is a 36 credit-hour program of study. We also offer a graduate Certificate program which is 15 credit-hours. These programs are designed to provide comprehensive training in conflict resolution including an in-depth Christian perspective on peacemaking.
The importance of a quality education program in conflict resolution is significant. Our graduates develop new skills and abilities to add value to their opportunities in their current professions. Many have successfully transitioned into full-time work in conflict resolution. Regardless of your current situation, the academic courses and the experience you gain in our program will set you apart. Peacemakers are vital members of any organization.
The Academic Programs at the Duncum Center are fulfilling the ACU vision of educating Christ-centered, global leaders. We are equipping people around the globe to be professional peacemakers. If you are someone who has a heart for helping people resolve their conflicts, we invite you to join us.
Grace and peace,
Sincerely,

Joe L. Cope, J.D.
